A highly experienced rope access professional responsible for supervising, executing, and ensuring the safe delivery of work-at-height operations across residential, commercial, industrial, and construction projects. Provides advanced technical leadership, safety oversight, and on-site decision-making for complex access solutions.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise rope access teams on-site in accordance with IRATA standards
  • Perform advanced rope access operations for inspection, maintenance, and construction-related works
  • Ensure full compliance with safety procedures, risk assessments, and method statements
  • Conduct site assessments and develop safe access solutions for complex structures
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams
  • Oversee installation, rigging, and dismantling of rope access systems
  • Monitor work quality, safety compliance, and project timelines
  • Prepare reports, safety documentation, and completion records
Core Tasks
  • Rigging and anchor system setup
  • Work-at-height supervision and rescue readiness
  • Structural inspection and maintenance execution
  • Façade works (glass, aluminum cladding, sealing, installation)
  • Support construction activities (installation, repair, finishing works)
  • Safety audits and toolbox meetings
  • Emergency rescue planning and execution

Qualifications
  • Valid IRATA Level 3 Certification (Required)
  • Proven experience in rope access operations across industrial and construction projects
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills
  • Excellent knowledge of safety standards and work-at-height regulations
  • Physically fit and capable of working in high-risk environments
Preferred Experience
  • Construction, façade, or infrastructure projects
  • High-rise building maintenance and installation works
  • Experience handling multinational or large-scale project sites
Requirements 
Certifications & Compliance
  • Valid IRATA Level 3 Certification (with logbook)
  • Familiarity with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) safety regulations
  • Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS)
  • COSH/BOSH Safety Training (preferred)
  • First Aid / Basic Life Support Certification (advantage)
Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of rope access experience
  • Experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects
  • Proven track record in supervising rope access teams
Technical Skills
  • Advanced rigging and rescue techniques
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and site plans
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows and safety systems
